Convey Communications markets three primary phone systems with both an emphasis on Voice Over IP and the more traditional  type of product.

ESI: ESI has a large family of products meant to scale from small business to large business with up to 800 ports being possible on the ESI 1000.  Customers buy the ESI for several reasons with the largest being ease of use, highly featured phones and a competitive price point.
 
Altigen:  Altigen users are progressive thinkers.  This product is primarily a Voice Over IP system with an emphasis on Contact Center functionality and Call Routing flexibility.  Customers buy the Altigen because it "knows no fences or at least not many" when it comes to functionality.  The Mobility/Presence functionality of the product is unmatched in the marketplace.
 
Emerald ICE: This system is a good fit for "Traditional" users.  The product owns lots of great functionality and offers the best price point of any system Convey sells.  All things being equal and your needs are met the ICE generally wins on price.  The primary difference being Voice Over IP and PRI functionality is limited on this product.

Convey's Qualifications:

Experience: Convey as a company is primarily comprised of technical staff.  Ownership and Sr. Technicians have close to 30 years of experience per tech with Telecommunications Installation and Repair.  Meaningful experience ranging from small business phone systems to Enterprise level to Telco Central Office installation!  In telecom experience is everything.  Feel free to visit the History page for more information.

System Installation Procedures: When Convey installs a new system in your office we make every effort to implement the new product as smoothly as possible.  Please take a moment and look at our System Interview now to get an understanding of the information gathered before we install your product. 

Training and Support: Our preference is to train you at install.  Why?  Nobody ever pays better attention than when they HAVE to start using the product!  Training can be held in one large group, specialty groups, or multiple groups.  Some training can even be done online.  To review some training documentation Convey has created to complement the manufacturer's training documentation please review any of the following: ESI Cheat Sheet, Altigen Basic Training, ESI Voice Mail Scripts and Emerald ICE Training docs.
